Ameropa is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting, held in Binningen on 20 June 2025.

All current members of the Board have been re-elected for another statutory one-year term. The Board remains composed of Karin Perraudin, Alexa Siebert, Alix Zacharias, Matthias Altendorf, Lucas Miescher, Stefano Rettore, and Andreas Zivy.

Looking ahead, a leadership transition is planned for June 2026, when Andreas Zivy, current President of the Board, will reach the statutory age limit for re-election. The shareholders intend to appoint Matthias Altendorf as his successor.

Altendorf brings extensive experience from his career at Endress+Hauser, a family-owned company headquartered in Basel with global operations. He was their CEO for ten years and has been on their Executive Board for 15 years, serving for the past 18 months as Chairman of the Endress+Hauser Board. In addition to that, he serves on other boards, too. He is highly regarded for his leadership, strategic focus, and commitment to innovation and digitization, as well as his strong understanding of family business values.

With a balanced mix of industry and non-industry backgrounds, Ameropa’s Board continues to play a key role in supporting the company’s strategy, oversight, and long-term development.
